The guy also said there was tons of coyotes and coon! And that was all by his house, I wonder what is all down in the woods! He also said he saw a fisher last year. The only downer was when he said he had a pond we asked him if there were muskrats in it and he said he shot them all  |

Seeing is believing. Might never find a yote or coon. Might find a couple dozen rats in the pond. Been more than once I've been told a place is being over run with critters and could not find any sign. The people couldn't understand where they went after I showed up. I guess they heard of my reputation.

You are right! Seeing is believing, with the pack of yotes he said his cat starting hissing really bad at the window so his wife got up and looked and the yotes were chasing his other cat! He went out and scared them off but I am positive they are still on his land. It is on a big hill kinda and it dips way way down to a creek
